Introducing The Empowered Leader Accelerator Cohort

Introducing The Empowered Leader Accelerator

Leadership is more complex than it’s ever been.

Teams are navigating pressure, communication challenges, burnout, rapid change, and increasing demands - all while leaders are expected to create clarity, trust, and healthy culture in the middle of it all.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce a brand-new leadership development experience: The Empowered Leader Accelerator Cohort

This 90-day cohort is designed for leaders who want to grow in self-awareness, communication, relational intelligence, and sustainable leadership in a practical and meaningful way.

Over the course of three months, participants will engage in:

• Three half-day leadership workshops
• Three facilitated peer leadership sessions
• Practical tools and leadership assessments
• Real-world application and accountability

Together, we’ll explore three powerful leadership frameworks:

Month 1 — The Peace Index
Understand the factors impacting your overall peace, fulfillment, relationships, health, environment, and leadership capacity.

Month 2 — 5 Voices
Learn how communication styles shape leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and workplace culture.

Month 3 — 5 Gears
Develop healthier rhythms for leadership, collaboration, productivity, and relational connection.

This cohort is designed to create real conversations, practical growth, and lasting transformation—not just inspiration that fades after a workshop ends.

Whether you’re an emerging leader, manager, executive, or part of a growing organization, this experience was built to help leaders lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intentionality.

Investment: $1,500 per participant

If you’d like to learn more or reserve a spot for yourself or your team, simply reply to this email or schedule a conversation here:

I’m genuinely excited about what this cohort can become and the impact it can have on leaders and organizations moving forward.

Empowerment Monday: The Power of a Well-Asked Question There’s a major difference between leaders who always have answers and leaders who know how to ask the right questions. One creates dependence. The other creates growth. Many leaders unintentionally become bottlenecks because they feel pressure to solve every problem, carry every burden, and provide immediate direction for every challenge. While that may feel productive in the moment, it often limits the development of the people around...

Reflection Saturday: Why Self-Awareness Is A Leadership Superpower Some leaders can walk into a room and immediately change the atmosphere. Not because they’re the loudest. Not because they have the biggest title. But because they possess something rare: self-awareness. Self-awareness is one of the most overlooked leadership skills in business today. Many leaders focus heavily on strategy, productivity, growth, and performance, yet fail to recognize the impact their presence, communication,...

Empowerment Monday: Your Team Is Always Watching We often underestimate how closely our teams observe us. Not in a surveillance kind of way, but in a human, pattern-recognition kind of way. People learn what matters in an organization far more from what leaders do repeatedly than from what leaders say occasionally. You can announce priorities, values, and expectations, but your team is watching something more powerful: your behavior when the pressure rises and no one is “performing” for an...
